Domestic Online Order Delivery Policy

All Orders are manufactured within 7-10 business days. Orders are not manufactured or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email Once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.  We partner with both Royal Mail and DPD dependent on the size of your order.

Damaged Products is not liable for any products damaged or lost during delivery. If You have received Your Order damaged, please contact us straight away on 0161 710 3690.  Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods

Please note the above delivery information is for online orders only, if you are currently having a full kitchen designed or are a network partner, your allocated kitchen designer will be able to discuss delivery options. 

Local Pick-Up

We are based in Stockport, Greater Manchester.  Local customers and trades are welcome to collect products from our factory, but this must be pre-arranged with our factory team.  Contact us on the details above if you would like to pick up your order.
